Happy New Year and Welcome!

Hi Everyone - Welcome to my blog!!!



I am a 46 year old, that has always wanted to do a triathlon ever since I cheered my husband on in a Tri 10 years ago.



This overweight, out of shape, mom of 3 teenagers has signed up for her first triathlon. The date of the tri is August 21, 2010, Timberman tri, Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire.



On this blog I will post my training, weight loss and discussing daily my transformation from slobby, hilarious housewife to buff, kick your butt, yummy mummy!



Hopefully, I will get inspiration from people, while I am hoping to inspire someone.
